Monica Fink brings years of experience working with various different populations to her work in private practice. Direct from Monica: "If you are feeling overstimulated and overwhelmed by life right now, I see you. If you are feeling confused about who you are amid life transitions or traumatic experiences, you are not alone. When a traumatic event happens, however big or small, we learn to hide parts of ourselves we deem unacceptable or unlovable. When we are faced with a big life change or constant stressors, these parts will pop up and make us feel out of control. It’s hard to trust yourself when there is a war going on in your head, and your body is screaming “danger!” at every turn.
I am here to help you explore those parts of you that are longing for attention and care. I believe that your body holds the innate wisdom to bring you back to your truest self. Through IFS and Somatic practices, we will work on helping you feel safe in your body so you can begin to trust yourself and move through your life with confidence.
