Mind Your Body Yoga is a group mindful movement class grounded in the principals Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). Through a series of intentional movements, shapes or forms, supported by your breath, you will be invited to notice the sensations and feelings experienced in the present moment and have the opportunity to make choices that fosters a sense of agency within your body. This practice emphasizes non-coercion, self-compassion, and a shared authentic experience. All are welcome!
