Sarah is a licensed therapist with a background in psychology and clinical social work, and a deep commitment to helping people heal, grow, and feel more at ease in their lives. Sarah specializes in trauma-informed therapy and has worked closely with individuals navigating medical comorbidities, chronic illness, and the emotional toll that often comes with them. Sarah's approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported.
In addition to trauma work, Sarah has a special passion for supporting parents through the beautiful chaos of raising children. Parenting can be overwhelming, especially when layered with stress, health challenges, or past experiences that resurface along the way. Sarah helps parents build confidence, resilience, and practical tools while creating space for their own needs and well-being.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and has experience across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, community mental health, in-home therapy, and private practice. Sarah's goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
